SHINE - THE SELF LOVE INTENSIVE PROGRAM

Welcome to an incredible journey of Self-love, self respect, self acceptance, self forgiveness, peace, joy, growth, awareness, hope and abundance.

SHINE is an intensive 8 session program taking you on a journey deeper within. Connecting you deeply within your inner universe, healing you, creating a sacred space for you to be vulnerable, feel supported, address the self critic, embark on your path forward with hope, love and contentment with who you truly are.

This is a culmination of a year of my own self discovery, lessons, insecurities, fears, unworthiness and lack. I’ve been there, I understand you and I can support you to the other side. Embracing yourself all the time with the love that you deserve to give yourself. Recognising the lack of empathy, unworthiness, abandonment for yourself comes from lack of love, being loved or loving and being hurt.
